Shipping & Delivery
The shipment usually takes 2-3 weeks from printing, dispatch to delivery.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it usually takes. We are not liable for any delays in the delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Knots and Wishes.
Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of the order. We suggest you check your email inbox from time to time.
We accept cancellations if the request is received via email given below within 24 hours of placing the order, or before we dispatch the order from our fulfillment center, whichever is earlier.
We always try to make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note that items such as wall frames cannot be returned or exchanged due to the risk of damage during transit. We encourage customers to review product details and specifications before making a purchase decision.
However, In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, one with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product, customers are requested to notify us via email given below within 48 hours with relevant pictures. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
We request you to check the pictures & read the description thoroughly before making a purchase. Feel free to ping us for raw images of any product if needed as well. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to bring joy and inspiration into your homes through our boho creations.
